NCIS is the absolute best show on TV!! I called my friend...also a huge fan...and we both could not believe Ducky collapsing on the beach. Please keep this team all together and in tact...just love Gibbs!! Kudos to the writers for all the suspense!! I love how Tony, Ziva, MeGee and Abby all work together like a well oiled machine and with Gibbs as top leader!! Please keep NCIS going for a few more years...and I always watch the marathons on USA....thank you for a great program.

I think this show just keeps getting better. I have watched it for several years now and I still enjoy seeing it. I was so sad at the end for Ducky but I am glad he will be back. The team all works well together and they do seem like a family. I don't think Curtis is the right one for Gibbs. She talks in rhymes and I am not sure what she is saying.

One - Foedhrass: You are crazy. how can you possibly think that this was the most boring finale yet? The building explodes, Ducky seemingly dies alone on a beach when he and palmer are the only ones the SHOULD have definatly made it, we have no idea which other characters actually lived through the explosion, Cole had a amazing growth as a character, and there was a freaking wedding (well sorta)...I feel this finale was brilliant and every bit if not more fantastic and emotional as the ones before.
Two - Jamie Lee Cutis is fantastic as Dr. Ryan, however I don't know how I feel about her being a long term member of the cast. She is great for Gibbs and part of that i that Gibbs can't read her and she can read him - something completely new for him. However, I don't like how she works with the team and slows down the crime solving half of the show.
Three - I love Tony and Ziva. They are so in love with each other however their realtionship is perfect because there are so many reas

I think it would be interesting if Shannon and Kelley weren't really murdered but were in witness protection from the terrorist played by Derring's charcter or someone else? Derring's character or someone else gets gone and Shannon and Kelley are able to come out of witness protection. Wouldn't that be wonderful and sad for Gibbs? He gets them back but missed seeing his daughter grow up. He loves Shannon so much there will never be anyone he can truely fall in love with.

I love the whole cast and i had read before the end ducky renewed his contract i love the whole team, they each bring something different to the table that makes them a great team together and family as Jimmy put it. Now Ryan with Gibbs that was sickening to watch and the last kiss was yuk. Do not want her back

Well, I love this cast...I don't think there has ever been another that works so well together...Tony cracks me up!! Love Ducky, McGee, Ziva, and Gibbs!!! Perfect character for Gibbs...
Vance has never been a team player and is just about the only one that I wouldn't mind if he left...Now, I love Jaime Lee Curtis, BUT she is not a red head and Gibbs loves red heads...the chemistry just isn't there...she needs to find someone else and get a red head that resembles his beloved Shannon if you want a perfect love interest for him....just sayin
Tony and Ziva need to get together...he loves her and she has loved him for a long time...don't drag it out any longer...
Okay...I think I've covered everything! Oh McGee and Abby...do not get them together...I don't think that type of chemistry is there between the two of them...

Best thing about this episode: Cole/Scott Wolf. Hell, this role/actor is brilliant! I hope he isn't dead. (There could have been enough time between the last we see of Cole and the explosion. If Gibbs didn't teleport into Abby's lab, like he did in ToC.)
I don't doubt that all will be fine and not dead. Okay, maybe Ducky has to deal with consequences of the stroke, but he won't be dead either.
I guess it speaks for itself if the Navy Yard explodes, the team is inside, Ducky gets a stroke and my main concern is that the bad guy Cole got away from the explosion. That I really really do hope. Apart from that... the most boring season finale for me.
PS: I hope Ryan stays away. She's way too present for a guest actor, almost as annoying as Franks.

I am so glad to read that Ducky is going to be alive next season. I was in tears when he fell grasping his chest on the Ocean. Also he had just asked Gibbs to be the executor of his estate so I really thought that was it. Thank you for not letting it be. The only one I wouldn't mind see leaving is Director Vance. I don't particularly care for his character. I wish Abby and McGee would go ahead and get together. They care so deeply for each other as do Tony and Ziva. Tony and Ziva hooking up is so past overdue. They have been in love with each other for a while now. Again, thanks for not killing Ducky off!

Absolutely loved the finale, it was a real roller coaster ride. Please bring back Jamie Lee Curtis, love her as Dr. Samantha Ryan, and think she and Gibbs make a terrific pair.

I hope Tony, Ziva, Gibbs, McGee & Abby survive the bombing. I can't say the same for Director Leon Vance. I haven't liked him from the start. But I'm glad that Jimmy Palmer survives, cause they might need him full time in autopsy depending on what happens to Ducky. I'm kinda glad that they decided to write off Dr. Samantha Ryan for a while. Very interesting finale. I laughed and then I cryed when the bombing happened.

My heart stopped when Duckie fell on the beach. At our house we are cheering for David's signed contract. Fan since "Man from U.N.C.L.E."
Please get rid of Jamie Lee Curtis. She is so wrong for the part and a real turn off during her scenes with Mark Harmon. Please write her out!

Cool!!! Ducky's not going to die...
I am not too fond of Jamie Lees character, but i think She's a step on the way to Gibbs finding true love again, with a woman that he can be completely honest with about he's past... And i'm thinking that she is "civillian" but very trustworthy...
And... Yes "DeNousy" needs to grow up, either being with Ziva as the great love or they'll have to find someone special for both of them.
Would like to see Abby changing her Goth stile at least a little, and PLEASE find some sort of blonde mensa chick for Mcgee.
Love the show, and can only say: There's just too D*** long till September ;-)

At least Rand & Gibbs are about the same age, butI don't like the idea of any more romantic interests for Gibbs. Hey, aren't 4 wives enough? Still, I agree we do need to find out about and get rid of the horrifying Ex early next season.

I almost fainted when I saw Ducky dropped down on the beach..This was a nerve ending finale..L LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH I EVEN WATCH ALL THE RERUNS...Hope it does not end...I love all the characters they have a good rapport which each other and if you bring Mike Franks character once in a while I loved his character sosa d when he got killed..

Interesting finale as finales go. The scene that sticks in my head is the one where Jimmy Palmer talks to Breena. Jimmy expressed such deep sincerity to Breena that I saw a mature, loving adult had developed in him. I hesitate to call him little Jimmy anymore.

P.S. the only thing I wish the sound engineer would stop doing is playing the back round music not only is it annoying but sometimes you can not hear the actors when they talk. Also in NCIS Los Angles too. STOP THE BACK ROUND MUSIC PLEASE!!!!!!! I am sure there are people who agree with me on this

The season finally was great but I almost had a heart attack when Ducky dropped down on the beach. I love this show I can't get enough of it, I even watch the reruns. I hope everyone comes back, they all have great chemistry together, but I agree with everyone about Jamie Lee Curtis. She is not for Gibbs. I wish there was a way to bring back Lauren Holly. I loved her too. The writers are amazing, and directors too keep up the great work. Can not wait for season 10.

Love this show. Won't go over all the same comments, but have been thinking for a while that a guest shot by Robert Vaughn would be VERY nifty casting. Hoping all of the core cast survives. They've done the "killing off cast members" thing enough in the past.

It's great that NCIS is returning for another season with its great cast of characters. I do not want to see JLC return. I think she should stick with her Activia commercials which I can tune out when I want. Would like to see the Mike Franks character revived.

I'm looking forward to everyone coming back except Jamie Lee Curtis. She is not right for the show or Gibbs. I have refused to watch some of the shows that she's in and NCIS is my favorite show. The season finale was terrific but I felt so bad when Ducky went down as he seemed so carefree walking on the beach. I hope there is a way to bring Mike Franks back as his character is great. Love, love, love NCIS.

I read somewhere that the redhead driver is Don Bellisario's wife. I'm not sure if that makes her Sean Murray's mother or not since DB was married 4 times, like Gibbs.
Some of my favorite comedy scenes are in the lab with Tony and Abby. They both shine when acting together.
