I think JLC needs to come back. We need to see what Gibbs is going to do to Ryan's ex. There is no way that someone is going to hurt(scare off)someone he likes(especially a woman and a child) and him not do something about it. The guy is "DEAD MEAT" so to speak. I think she was good for Gibbs because he couldn't figure her out.

I'm glad that Ducky is around and I do like him ever since the man from Uncle series in the 60's oops age showing.lol I like Tony and Ziva as friends close friends but not lovers come on and Abbie and McGee they kinda had something in the beginning but that kinda got fizzled maybe start slowly with them ? and For Gibbs he works better as alonr .Yes I think Mark Harmon us a dream and the handsomer he gets as he gets older keep him single . No Women serious Sorry No Dr Ryan Please as for Vance? Eh take him or leave him I'm glad they write Gibbs not bowing down and ass kissing this Vance's butt . waiting for Sept

Well, this will be the first season that I DON'T buy the dvd's. I liked the finale and a couple of other episodes, but overall I thought it was a bust. The 200th was a hot mess and the whole season really got too soap opera-ish. Too much relationship drama with Ziva/Ray; Tony/Wendy; Gibbs/Ryan; Ducky/Cheryl Ladd, etc. It wasn't funny and the cases were pretty lame. The writing was all over the place...decent one week and crappy the next.
I'll watch again this Fall, but I really hope they get their mojo back.

Season 9 ending was nail biting. Keep the team together, no personnel changes other than try to find a way to bring back Mike Franks. He was so colorful and in your face, I really enjoyed him. He made Gibbs a better agent.
Vance and Gibbs work really well together with the little power plays between them are good. Thanks for a great show.

Came to the show through re-runs; only some of the shows are shown so I'm missing a lot. However, I will catch up someday. I can do without JLC - that match is no match at all. Bring back Hollis. Glad to see everyone else will be back and hoping to see more depth in the relationships and a fitting ending to the show after ten seasons. More than that and shows lose their integrity. Writers and executives move on and the scripts suffer. The viewing public deserves better than story duplicates and poor writing. In the meantime, looking forward to NCIS for one more season. Really, Gibbs and Dr. Ryan are uncomfortable to watch together.

I am thankful that Ducky didn't get killed off the show. I honestly thought that was the end. I was crying forever. But I heard there was a season 10, so I looked it up. I hope they don't bring back Dr. Ryan. I just don't believe that NCIS is a good show for Jamie L. Curtis. And I agree with a lot of the other posts.....If Abby and McGee are alive, they need to have a serious moment together. They need to get a move on with Tiva, too. As for Gibbs, he just seems to work better single. No offense to those who think Gibbs needs a girl, but he just doesn't. I can not wait! HURRY UP, SEPTEMBER!!!!!

I agree with you guys, Jamie Lee Curtis (Dr. Ryan) was a very strong character. I mean, i absolutely hated her freakish mind games (She pisses me off sometimes) but she was a good match for Gibbs. And honestly, she dissapointed me when she ran off so easily. One name dropped (Her ex) and she flees the country. Really?? What a wuss!! If her ex happens to be a psycho child serial killer, than yeah, run, TO THE ARMS OF FREAKING LEROY JETHRO GIBBS!!! NOT TO FREAKING MEXICO! Uhg. Some people...

Well I'm glad we were right about Ducky and Jimmy; I hope they don't bring Ryan back, I like JLC but not this character. I don't think there is anyway I can accept her as Dr Ryan.. Pentagon biggie after seeing her run away at the name lof her ex husband. He's no doubt bad, but she should be able to handle bad. Especially with Gibbs at her side. No way to flighty for our Gibbs.

I love NCIS. I LOVE GIBBS! Im so glad you didnt kill off Ducky. That just broke my heart. In the next season, I would like to see Gibbs with a different love interest...JLC just isnt right for him. She plays too many head games. I would also like to see Abbey's adoption situation brought back up and to see if she tells her brothers and how they all deal with it. I would like to see McGee get a love interest as well. Abbey would be awesome but I would settle for a nice girl. Tony and Ziva need to finally have a moment of passion. They need to have something happen. I am so excited for season 10. September please hurry!!!!

I think it would be very interesting if McGee and Abby got together. There has always been a beautiful llittle tension between them and to have them finally kiss would blow everyone away. Aside from social differences, they are both tech heads and incredibly intelligent. Good for each other.

SO glad Ducky's returning, and that Palmer will get a chance to mature a little (or a LOT) more, as he steps into Ducky's shoes as the elder M.E. during Ducky's recovery (I'm assuming?). Keep Jamie Lee around; the brunette lawyer was a pain and no match for Gibbs, whereas JLC makes him think and tests him. The Colonel is gone on to other things; let her stay there. Keep the tension between Tony and Ziva--they know their both interested, but to let them get too much together gets messy and that would be a mistake.If there's a new love interest for Timothy, could she NOT look like a dork this time? Palmer gets a babe with a brain, I say equal time for McGee! Abby, same thing, eccentric but no more wackos. Thanks.

I LOVE NCIS, MY FAVORITE SHOW ON TV, I LOVE ALL THE PEOPLE ON THE SHOW, THEY ALL MAKE A GOOD TEAM, THE SHOW WOULD NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT ANY OF THEM, WHEN JENNY DIED IN THAT ONE SEASON, I CRIED, BUT I LOVED THE WAY SHE WENT OUT, FIGHTING. AS FOR JLC I THINK SHE IS GOOD FOR GIBBS, SHE MAKES HIM THINK ABOUT LIFE,I DON'T WANT TO SEE MCGEE LEAVE, I JUST LOVE HIM AND TONY, THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS. I DON'T WANT TO SEE NO ONE LEAVE. SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT DUCKY DONT DIE. GONNA BE GOOD SEASON AS ALWAYS.....

I love NCIS and especially Ducky. So glad he is coming back. What a relief. Please,please,please get rid of JLC...she is obnoxious and not a very good actor. Gibbs needs someone sort of quirky to give him some relief from his job.

I am so glad Ducky will return. He is adorable. Ok to let Curtis go. Would like to see Gibbs get involved for a while with the beautiful, black haired,blue eyed Lawyer.Can't remember her name, but saw her on another show and she was super. She is so pretty and she and Gibbs have a chemistry. Need to bring Tony, McGee, Abby, Vance, Ziva, Gibbs, PaLmer, his bride and Ducky back. This is the best show on TV. I watch the reruns on USA. I am waiting to buy Season 9 Episodes so I can watch my favorites of Season 9. Love this show.

Favorite show on tv. Glad Ducky didn't die but will be interesting as he reminisces about the "after life". Concerned about McGee, Gibbs and Abby,and a little about Leon but not much, he's not my favorite character. Don't care for Jamie Lee Curtis as a love interest, need to bring back the "Colonel" as she and Gibbs had more going for them as a couple. Curtis acts as if she is superior to Gibbs, not a good thing. Will have to watch reruns until Sept. Have a great time off with family and friends!!

I don't like changes when it comes to TV show characters. I want all of the cast to come back. They all serve a purpose to this show. I was deeply disappointed when Mike Franks died. I know actors move on to other jobs and that is understandable but it just leaves a hole in the story line. I hope all these terrific actors come back for the tenth season. I can't wait to see how all this is going to play out.

I have to agree that I'd like to see Tony and Ziva finally move their relationship forward with Tony acting more adult. I think it's ok to leave a little if the old Tony, but he should mature eventually. I didn't like JLC for Gibbs. She was too much of a know it all and I found her annoying. Her character didn't add anything for me and was more of a distraction. Shame because I like her as an actor.

I am so glad to know Ducky is still with us. It will be great to watch th development of Him and Palmer. Jamie Lee has been a nice short-term act here but yeah she isn't the answer for Gibbs.
Tony does need to have a little more substance again, it was nice to see he was actually bullied as a kid and NOT the bully. Lets see him get in touch more with reality with that.
Ziva is well, Ziva, no real opinion of her, I like her, but don't know where I would like to see her character go as of yet. As for Abbey, I really want to see more of her intellect brought out in the show, she is such a dynamic character that can go so far. Maybe showing a little of her youth, and what she was like as a kid and how she has grown up over the years and gone from being a Gothic kid/teen with all the ackwardness of that to growing up to this beautiful intelligent women would be so cool.
It is going to be interesting to see where Palmer and his new wife fit into the show, I REALLY do NOT want to see so

I lost it when Duckie hit the sand! I liked him when he was on Man from Uncle too! Mark Harmon...yes I watched him on Flamingo Road! His love match...maybe Ziva OR Abbey!
This show is one of the most entertaining shows on TV and I would hope it will be with us for a long,long time! With the same crew! Really? Who could U possibly let go?

I don't think Jamie Lee's character is for Gibbs. I would like to see the lt. colonel come back into Gibbs life. Those two were great together.

For all those who keep insisting that Tony needs to grow up, all I can say is, if the writers didn't work so hard to make Ziva and Gibbs look superior in every way, they wouldn't need to use Tony as the fall guy. Ever since season 5 or 6, when SB. MH, and others became producers, they've dumbed down Tony to make others look superior. In the first four seasons Tony was funny, but also got to be skilled, brilliant, heroic, and brave. Not anymore.
Glad Ducky will be back too. He's my second favorite actor and character on the show.
