They have got to get started on resolving this Juliette issue on the season return, or I will have to give up on this show an episode or two after that. Her issue just hopelessly bogs the show down.

Great mid-season report - I think I agree on most counts.
Best Character: I'm gonna give this one to Hank - because he's THE most vastly improved character. He went from being a useless annoyance in S1 to a compelling and valuable ally to Nick.
Worst Character: Juliette. Ugh.
Best Episode: Agreed with the two you picked. Honourable mention goes to "Bad Moon Rising" for how well it dealt with Hank finding out the Grimm's secrets.
Worst Episode: Hard to pick. None of the episodes were particularly bad, but it would be between La Llorona and The Hour of Death.
Head Scratcher: What you said...ugh...
Hopes for 2013: NBC gets their brain checked and brings the show back sooner. With a new and improved Juliette storyline.
