Sorry but they both have their vices, substance for Georgina and lack of eating for Blair. It's how they dealt with it that makes them so different. Blair got help and let her friends help her back on her feet while Georgina ran from help and screws over her friends. I don't really like Georgina in this season... She seems too tame. I want her to really wreak havoc instead of just throwing a party on a roof and hooking up with Dan Humphrey (again). She only did that because Chuck knows her too well and wouldn't touch her (again). Therefore,I dont see how this is getting back at anyone. Scheme, Georgina, scheme!!!!!!!!

I dont think they have something in common... georgina was alchoholic b****.... blair is perfect with her lifestyle.... they are really different....

i think Blair and Georgina have a lot more in common than they think.
they could actually be good friends...but unfortunatly there is some hatred between the two..
