Looking closer, it's an optical illusion caused by a badly angled picture. That is a picture of (L-R) Lexie, Christina, Merideth, Jackson. This angle makes it look like Lexie's hair is Christina's hair, but it's really two people. All we see of Christina is her face, and we see the right side of Lexie, includng her arm, hair, and one ear.

There must be a reason for the Stepford Wife hair Christina has in this picture. It's not a good look for her.
