It refers to the twin paradox.
no this is not referring to benjamin button. the meaning is simple really, homer said this to his friend barney before he left on a long journey, and was starting a fresh life. by saying this, he meant that when he returned, his friend will have reached old age, and homer would be once again restarting his life.
