Jack is upset that Avery isn't a focus of America anymore, so he tries to figure out how to change that. Jenna comes up with the idea to make a tv movie about her. He accepts it as a plan, and agrees to cast her as Avery.
Liz mentors Hazel, who is trying to help Tracy by letting him do whatever he wants. Kenneth doesn't like this, because he knows Tracy needs structure. Nobody will let Ken see Tracy, so he convinces Liz to make him an extra on TGS, and he reunites with his former pal.
