Lindsay tries to handle Charlie on her own, but with a little help from Halstead she confides in Voight about what is going on. He helps her, and Lindsay is able to keep her demons buried.

Dawson is back on the job and is on desk duty until he feels better, and when he goes home he finds it empty. Atwater's first day on the job is not what he expects as he soon realizes he's the new guy In the unit.

Meanwhile, Burgess' new partner is literally sleeping on the job, and later the day Ruzek comes over and the two make out. Finally, Jin's arrangement with Stillwell is caught by Voight, and Jin is soon found murdered.
