As a parody of the movie Valentine’s Day, this episode follows a wide number of storylines involving many of the major characters. Peter and Lois spend the whole day in bed, alternately being romantic while Peter indicates that their marriage is troubled. Quagmire gets turned into a woman when he accidentally touches the powered hair straightener of the woman he slept with the night before and kicked out. He winds up sleeping with four other women in the guise of swearing off men for good. Stewie travels back in time to the Summer of Love, meets a girl he’s enchanted by, and kisses her. The girl turns out to be young Lois. Consuela goes to Mexico to be with her husband.

Chris meets Herbert’s grandniece and they are smattered by each other, and Herbert gives her advice on how to win Chris over. Meg goes on a date with a guy she meets online. He steals her kidney, but she makes him spend the rest of the day with her since he promised to do so. They kiss at the end of the day, and he gives her back her kidney. Adam West tries to win back Carol from the mayor of Weekapaug. Stewie gets together Brian’s ex-girlfriends in order to figure out why he’s alone; they end up fighting but he winds up sleeping with several of them. At the end of the day, all are content.
