"Livin' On A Prayer" revolves around Stewie's new friend Scotty, who is rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with cancer.  When Lois and Peter discover that Scotty's parents don't believe in medical treatment due to their religious beliefs, they decide to kidnap him to get him the help he needs.  Being "Family Guy," the usual hijinks ensue...
