• Meredith and Alex are able to get the crash victims off the road and back to Seattle Grace. The family loses both parents and grandmother leaving the 18 year old daughter to take on his siblings herself.
• Teddy is left in the dark about Henry. She asks Cristina to scrub in with her, who does not letting on the situation. At the end of surgery, Cristina delivers the news to Teddy who heads to sit with her husband’s dead body.
• Ben and Bailey start to rekindle the flame after working together through a long surgery.
• Lexie scrubs in on a surgery with Derek, Sloan, and Sloan’s new girlfriend Julia.
• Derek and Meredith get a visitor at the end, it’s the social worker bringing Zola home to them.
