Cooper caught Mason stealing and fretted about how to handle disciplining him. Meanwhile, Pete and Violet had trouble splitting time with Lucas now that they're living separately.
Addison came close to adopting a baby, and also ended her relationship with Sam. Violet and Jake worked with a polyamorous threesome.
Moreover, Amelia returned to work and realized how badly she hurt Sheldon when she was abusing drugs. Sheldon had trouble forgiving Amelia, while Charlotte stayed close to support her.
Charlotte: I am shocked by just how much I genuinely love him. I want to take the pain away, and I know I can't and it just kills me.

I love this show & knew as soon as they showed the mother holding the baby that Addison was not getting that baby, so sad. And the seperation of Violet & Pete was long over due, and also sad. Great show! Love the new addition this season of Addison in therapy.
