Recap
-The body of Talia Suarez, a 19 year old former foster child washes up on San Felix Island. CBI is called to investigate.
-The island locals are eccentric and like their isolation. No one admits to knowing Talia.
-Cho and Van Pelt track down Dennis Kagan, one of Talia's friends. Kagan hits Van Pelt when she gets too close and she hits him back before arresting him.
-Dennis says Talia was searching for her father's murderer. He was stabbed 18 times when she was a child.
-Rigsby is dating Dennis' public defender, Sarah.
-Jane calls a town meeting on San Felix and has everyone's coffee cups confiscated. He says it's to match DNA to Winston Suarez's murder. Mr Gardiner, the island butterfly expert runs. He killed Winston years ago and has been hiding on the island but he didn't kill Tailia.
-Talia ran into Wayne, a ranch hand on the island while taking the ferry. She asked him for help and he raped and murdered her.

His name is Zach Ward and he played in Transformers for one

I think he was a kid who appeared in several commercials in the 90's....don't know his name but he certainly looked familiar

Who played the red headed murderer in this episode? I thought it might be the bully that Ralphy finally beat up in A Christmas Story....
