Jane interrupts Teresa's date with Pike when he believes a man abducted a girl. Turns out he's right but the woman has been shot and dies before help arrives.

The woman was part of a human trafficking ring that is using a fake modeling scheme to abduct pretty young girls and transporting them to Mexico in the back of tractor trailers. 

The FBI sets up a sting and gets the Kasimi brothers back in the US to arrest them but they won't give their overseas contact or tell them the final destination where the girls are being transported. 

With more girls still out there, Cho keeps a photo of missing Amy Walker on his desk. 

Mr. Ridley makes a phone call to have his "modeling agent" killed as well as the Kasimi brothers.

Lisbon finally tells Jane about Pike's offer to move to D.C. with him. Jane tells her he wants her to be happy but he looks crushed.
