Michael goes through six hours of counseling with Toby because of the "corporate punishment" he engaged in last week. Michael obviously doesn't want anything to do with this, but after Toby plays some games with him, Michael lets out some feelings.
Once he figures out Toby tricked him, Michael isn't happy and forces Toby to let him forge all the forms and faxes them to corporate. After finding out he filled them out completely wrong, they blame Gabe for the mistake.
Dwight is upset because a store at the mall wouldn't provide him with service. The rest of the office helps him become sophisticated so that he can get revenge on the store a la Pretty Woman.
Pam spends the episode trying to scam her way into a made up position, Office Administrator. Even though Gabe finds out she made it up, he doesn't have the guts to call her out on it, so she keeps the position.
