When Bart's gift to Marge (a pet rabbit) ruins Homer's plan to have celebrity chef Paula Paul call and wish Marge a "Happy Birthday," Homer responds by forcing Bart to stay in the rabbit's cage. Angered by his father's punishment, Bart tags the city with unflattering graffiti images of Homer. His work gets the attention of several well known graffiti artists, like Shepherd Fairey, and Bart gets to exhibit his work to the public. However, the entire show is a sting operation and Bart is punished by having to get back into the rabbit cage. Meanwhile, a new store called Swapper Jack's threatens Apu's Kwik-E-Mart; but the rival business quickly closes when their chicken is revealed to be monkey.
