The Simpsons' "Treehouse of Horror" offers three Halloween-themed stories. The first turns Homer into a maniacal and murderous "Fat in the Hat" who helps the Simpson children find candy on Halloween, while destroying parts of town, killing indiscriminately, and stealing. Bart's head is grafted onto Lisa's head after an unfortunate accident in "Dead and Shoulders." The two siblings seem to get along, but then Bart plans to take over their shared body. Both end up losing their heads. The final story involves the freaks of Mr. Burns' traveling circus. Homer, the strong man, plots to steal from Moe, one of the freaks, but ends up being turned into a freak.
