When Homer accidentally saves the town from the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, he's heralded as a hero.  However, when stuck repeating the act, he does, but people witness him as doing it by luck.  Meanwhile, Luann forbids Milhouse from hanging out with Bart, fearing him to be a bad influence.
