When Otto crashes the school bus, it's revealed he's never actually had a driver's license, getting him fired. Otto comes to stay with the Simpsons and teaches Bart guitar, but enrages Homer along the way. When Homer kicks him out, his rage towards Homer helps him get his license from Patty.
