In a clip from "Before and After" from Season Five, an intense surgery takes place with Derek at the helm. Archer starts coding, but Derek looks around for the worm that escaped the cyst.

Once upon a time and then they lived happily ever after. Fairy tales. The stuff of dreams. the problem is, fairy tales don't come true. It's the other stories.
