In this modern re-imagining of the world of L. Frank Baum's beloved "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," a tornado sweeps a 20-year-old Dorothy Gale and a police dog into the air, casting them into the mystical land of Oz. There, Dorothy encounters familiar characters as she navigates a dangerous world of competing realms, lethal warriors and dark magic – uncovering an unexpected destiny in the process.
