In Arendelle of the past, Ingrid tells Elsa that Anna is the dungeon because she was going to steal Elsa's powers with the Sorcerer's hat. Elsa pretends to believe her and then secretly releases Anna from her cell. 

The Sorcerer's Apprentice says the snow queen has succumbed to the darkness. She'll give the Sorcerer back is magical hate if he'll find her a perfect, magical sister. 

Elsa and Emma find the urn and plan to put Ingrid back in it. 

Back in Storybrooke, Henry finds Emma in the woods and begs her to let him help but her out of control powers almost hurt him. The Snow Queen tells her the only way to end this is to embrace who she is. 

Emma asks Mr. Gold to help her control her powers. He agrees to do a spell to rid her of her powers but it's dangerous and it has to be done out of town.

Mr. Gold uses the pieces of the urn to stop the Snow Queen so he can steal Emma's powers. 

Hook realizes that Gold is going to put Emma and her powers in the Sorcerer's hat. He leaves her a voicemail message confessing that Gold gave Bellla a fake dagger and that he's withheld the truth because he didn't want to lose Emma. 

Regina and Robin wake up after having the best night's "sleep" he's had in a very, very long time. They both wish they had done this sooner but Regina's worried. He's still married. She shows Robin the magical story book. 

Robin reminds her that she's not the Evil Queen any more. Robin offers to help find the author to change their fate.
