- Conrad tells Bell that he has MS.
- Devon is excited that his clinical trial is starting up that day and Leela hypes him up.
- Kit prepares for Lunar New Year and Jake is there to help with some screenings.
- Jake has Sammi with him who is excited to see her grandfather. Kit can tell that something is wrong with Bell, though.
- Irving and Hundley invite Cade to another after work get together, but she declines prompting Irving to call her out for not getting to know anyone. Cade distracts Irving with bonding over a favorite movie and ribbing on him when he brings up that she's not on social media.
- Cade calls AJ in or a consult when a young woman has a cardiac episode and AJ realizes that the woman has Nic's heart and calls Conrad in.
- Conrad is emotional when he gets to hear Hannah's heart when they gt the rundown on her.
- AJ tells Hannah that her heart is in early heart failure and Conrad is upset about this. Irving tells a curious Cade about why Conrad is so reactive.
- Bell tells Kit and Jake about his diagnosis. They want to talk treatment, but he's still processing and avoiding the conversation.
- Leela does some practice rounds with Bllie who has been mentoring her. and She's trying to get Leela into neuro over cardio. She mentions the commitment it will take, and Leela says she's not interested in startating a family just yet or at all.
- AJ approaches Devon about putting his mother in Devon's clinical trial despite the effects
- Billie checks in on Conrad.
- Hannah's heart starts messing with her again and AJ has to insert a pump during surgery. They figure she's rejecting the house.
- Devon does a final test after talking to Carol to determine if she's good for the trial. She doesn't past the final test and AJ is angry that Devon would keep her out because of what he deemsa rounding error.
- Hannah tells Conrad that she knows he'll find a way to fix things and Cade expresses condolences to Conrad over Nic
- Bell is having severe debilitating headaches and hides out in a supply closet.
- Bell agrees to the treatements but says he's leaving Chastain for good because he'll never be able to operate and his condition is worsening at a rapid rate
- He tells Bell that he doesn't want to saddle Kit with him getting sick.
- Jake notices how upset Kit is and goes to to talk to her leaving Sammie and Gigi during the Lunar dance, and Gigi gets spooked by the dancing dragons and takes off.
- AJ tells Conrad about Devon's decision, and Conrad tries to change Devon's mind and invokes his father's death to persuade him, but Devon stands firm not wanting to torture Carol.
- Kit finds Sammie and Gigi reading a book inside
- They perform a brain surgery on Hannah.
- Kit tells Bell that she's with them forever no matter what but he will get better
- Devon tells AJ he won't let Carol into the trial and Conrad agrees. They talk to Carol and she says she's relived since she was only doing it for AJ. They set her up with pallative care.
- Conrad tells Hannah about her getting NIc's heart and asks to bring Gigi in. Gigi listens in and says "hi, mommy."
