Bart gets annoyed by his new art teacher and decides to put a voodoo hex on his teacher to keep her from coming back to class. His hex seems to have unintended consequences when she becomes pregnant. Rumor spreads that Bart can make women pregnant with voodoo and soon every childless couple comes to see Bart.

His "skill" attracts the attention of Fat Tony who wants Bart to make his racehorse pregnant by a thoroughbred horse. Unfortunately, the male horse appears to be gay, and the female horse is attracted to a Duff beer mascot named Sudsy. Sudsy impregnates the filly, and Fat Tony is none the wiser
