I'm very sorry for you. I've heard that one of the best ways is to meet new people scfipeically men and become real good friends and seek advice from them. It is usually a good idea to be friends with someone older then yourself. Try and find someone older than you that you share a common interest with and seek advice from them. Good Luck!
