No, I'm a guy and actually like this show. But this is freaking ridiculous. Denny go away! Its so dumb. Izzie is going to go coo-coo. Maybe instead of tumor like the rumor is, she'll attempt to commit suicide instead because Denny is driving her nuts. Either way, I love the show but absolutely hate this story line. Pisses me off.

who says iz has a tumor. its possible to still see somone and feel as if there there with you when there not. its a part of greif. you can still see and feel somone even when there not there, even if you dont have a tumor.

I agree Marilyn with what you said. The audience didn't see the relationship develop betwee Denny & Izzie. (Girls do you realize who Denny is ?? He's from the movie P.S. I love u. Did we all not like that movie? : 0 He's back. I agree "BRING it ON"

my heart ached when Denny died. I still feel the grief that Izzie is feeling. I think the writer realized that the audience needed to see more of the relationship develop, before his demise. I think this is her way of giving us some closure, and allowing Izzie to have some real passion before his final departure. Bring it on!

If Izzie leaves i'll quit because this season not good as the 4th season.Shonda just keep her alive and be in the show.Meredith and Derek story doesn't give anything much than Alex and Izz. So i think That'd be better focus on Alex and Izzie.

Why does everyone think that Izzie has to leave/die if she has a tumour. Didn't the Chief have a tumour once? He just had sugery and went back to work. If Iz does have a tumour (and I'm not so sure she does) Derek will just take it out :)

The Izzie and Denny thing is weird. I liked Meredith and Cristina in this episode, and especially Alex. Poor guy; like he said he doesn't need any more crazy in his life. I was glad that Izzie didn't have much to do medical-wise this episode; she can keep it together relatively well so long as she isn't doing surgery, I think. But I have no idea what the Denny thing is supposed to be. It's got me intrigued but I hope it's not something stupid.
Someone pointed out to me, that George had only like five seconds of screen time. Sad.

I think Izzie probably has a tumor in the brain that makes sense and see Denny. In addition there has been much talk of her leaving the show, probably a fatal disease could be used to justify it.

I hate the whole Denny thing. Can't Shonda just let the dead rest in peace. Makes me think that Izzie's Schizophrenic rather than got a tumour though. That would be different.

Makenzi, just to clarify (and I say this as a person with Asperger's, I'm not being a know-it-all), Asperger's is NOT autism. There are a lot of over-lapping similarities, but it's not autism. It's social interaction dysfunction.

If what I read is true about Izzie (having a tumor) I don't think she will be written out, again I think having Denny back is amazing (I'm love struck l0l ) I think he's there to help Izzie and I'm positive she'll be around for awhile. show. She's too popular, but it might bring Alex and her closer if she is sick. I'm sure Denny will let her know when its time for her to let him go, after all remember "he said I'm here for you". no! its great it makes the show even better! I'm glad Hahn is gone and the new Doctor with the asperger disease makes it interesting. All of my friends that like Grey's Anatomy say that they don't understand why she can be a doctor with Autism. I think that makes the story line interesting.

honestly the izzie/denny story line is dumb. hes dead, and she is suppose to be with alex who has been in love with her since season 2, and everybody knows it. what was the point of shonda putting them together if nothing was going to happen with them?? if izzie is leaving then they should come up with a better way to write her out, i sure dont want her to leave because she is my fav. character and i love her and alex together. shonda really needs to learn how to write a season that keeps people interested, i mean every season starts off good then just goes down hill from there and its already starting

Anyone think that the Denny thing is for building relationships between Izzy & Alex? Alex had his own demons he had to deal with and Izzy stuck by him. Now it's his turn. You don't have someone that close to you die and just
"get over it". It takes time. And we never saw a real time of healing for Izzy. Maybe this is it. And now Alex has to use his past to help Izzy through her future.

Love having Denny back. I figured out why he is back, he keeps telling Izzie he is there for her. I read somewhere where she is supposed to have a brain tumor or something. Remember he kept saying "I'm here for you". His spirit is there for her. She said she feels sick.* Anyway I love having his character back, even if it's just for a bit. ENJOY!
