Sam and Dean receive a call for help from a former cop named James, who has recently become a witch.

Turns out his familiar, Portia, a girl that can turn into a dog, knows that James has been having visions about killing people.

Another witch named Spencer who wanted Portia used his familiar Phillipe LaChat to be the eyewitness for the police case against James as a murderer.

Spencer faces off with James, but Portia saves James.

Dean says he trusts Sam and is ready to back him.

Sam coughs up a little blood.
