- Nic heads to a spa retreat and it's Conrad's first time alone with the baby. He tries to get Gigi to say "da da"
- Kit announces that Chastain is in the black. She and Bell are having breakfast when they get alerts of a ransom cyber attack.
- Devon and Leela are making out in the elevator.
- Devon proposes that he and Leela pool their money togther and move into a special place.
- A drunk driver plows through a 5K that AJ was participating in and he brings in one of his friends Winston.
- The young teen who pushed Winston out the way and is AJ's prized student at the youth center, Este, is injured. Conrad has to drop Gigi off quickly at the hospital daycare and take off to work on Este.
- The equipment at the hospital is messing up.
- The hackers demand five million dollars meanwhile the ER has to divert patients and goes back to old school care.
- The board wants to blame Kit for the hack and threatens to fire Kit and Marshall if they don't fix it.
- The hackers give them an hour.
- Conrad has to go console Gigi who isn't transitioning well and plays Unchained Melody for her which makes her stop crying.
- The cyber attack hits imaging when Este is getting checked out and she freaks out. She becomes unresponsive.
- They doubled the demands when Kit attempts to negotiate with them.
- Devon reaches out to an old college buddy who made it her mission to stop hacking scammers.
- They have to consider transferring Este as she gets worse. Her father collapses and has to be resuscitated.
- Ronan went into v-tach just like Este did, so Conrad looks into the heart scans Ronan took at a different hospital.
- It shows that Ronan, his father, and Este have a family history of sudden cardiac death.
- Ronan also has a widowmaker and they have to do heart surgery within the hour or he'll be dead. Same with Este.
- Este also needs neurosurgery. Leela shows them the imaging from the scan before it went down that she drew from memory.
- They get enough juice going to operate one OR. They take father and daughter there.
- The folks in radiology are all sick and Winston is left in pain waiting for a cast.
- Despite everything they did, Ronen codes and dies. AJ and Conrad are worked up about it but Bell reminds them that even if they had the ideal circumstances, Ronan would've died and that it's the widowmaker for a reason.
- Winston goes looking for help and goes into a room. It's gas in there and he gets trapped inside.
- Devon's friend exposes the hackers. Kit sends the FBI after them and everything is back as it should be.
- Devon realizes that Winston never checked out and goes to check on him. The whole ward is empty and he finds Winston in the room but the noxious fumes get to him as well.
- Bell asks Kit out for dinner because he doesn't want to be alone after losing that patient, but she declines.
- Conrad goes home with Gigi and she finally says Dada.
