Dair Moment
Dan and Blair come face to face in "Empire of the Son." It's going to be a big episode for them, we have a feeling.

I'll try to be succinct. Chuck has minded Blair's happiness more than any other character on GG, except maybe Serena. If you need me to administer a list, I'll be more than glad to oblige. Just because their love was mostly dark and intense doesn't mean they were never two happy clams who were deeply in love. "Riding in Town Cars with Boys" proved that the flame they feel for each other still burns the brightest. "The brightest flames leave the deepest scars," ever heard of that saying?

All those who are still choose Chuck and Blair as their preferred couple instantly have no respect in my books. In choosing that pairing they illustrate tolerance towards physical and verbal abuse. Chuck is the worst kind of "boyfriend", being both manipulating and damaging to Blair's character. Blair, as the victim, blames herself and sees it as her responsibility to "change" Chuck. Any man who commits such acts, despite their supposed remorse and shallow acts of repentance, DOES NOT EVER deserve a second change.. let alone the multiple chances Blair has given him. This pairing is disgusting and I feel disappointed by any female who doesn't recognize the repulsion of Chuck's character.

I don't know how I feel about them. Blair and Chuck have better chemistry, and in the end, if Chuck can change and be someone deserving of Blair, then I think she will end up with him. Yes. there is a cuteness, but I don't think it will last, there was too much build up of Blair and Chuck from season 1-4. that if in the series finale she ends up with Dan? Well then the writers can't write for crap!!!! Ultimatley, it will be a slap in the face with all this Blair and Chuck nonsense for them not to get together in the end, same with Dan and Serena. So Chuck and Blair will ultimatley end up at the end.

I think they would bring out the best in each other...whereas chuck blair bring out the worst, Serena never put Dan first, it was always a one sided relationship. Besides I think Blair and Dan actually having a good run togther?? I think they'd make a great couple. I'm so excited!! my hands were over my mouth and I was on the edge of my seat, when he asked to kiss her!! I thought they were just going to be friends!! But I love this!!! Vanessa and Dan were boring... Though they writers always manage to make me want them to go with that person when they decide this person will go with them...I really wanted Dan and Serena to be together but now I'm over Chuck and Blair...Serena and DAN/NATE...the only HUGE drama is Little J how will she feel about this new spark, maybe she'll be aloud back in the upper east side ??

god they have so much chemistry it hurts this cannot just lead to 'friendship' man.. just look at them!

i want dan and blair to have feelings for each other but deny them until the very end. For more yummy anticipation and build up! i love dan and blair together but i want them to hold out some more.

I hope that these two characters will be together. now gg is becoming more and more boring. This new couple would be a great attraction. Also, i can't imagine check and blair togethet again. We are full of their love story.

He asks for a kiss, to prove something obviously. It can end good, it can end bad. So much for Dair fans to wait. Playboy Chuck, Powerful Prince... Simple Dan has to fight hard to get Queen B.

For myself, Dan and Blair have unique chemistry it differs from the usual pairings such as Chuck or Nate. They fight, banter and mysteriously depend on each other during emotional turmoil and through friendship. They are the soul reason for watching Gossip Girl (Because seriously I absolutely hated it before XD)
I never cared for Chuck, to me he was just a man whore who is ready for his next fix.

For me, Blair and Dan have a lot more in common than Dan and Serena or Blair and Chuck. Both characters are constantly trying to better themselves, love stories, look out for their friends and get along with they're families. They are the only mature two characers on the show!
