You can admit it. It's okay. We watch The Hills and The City too. And we don't always hate it. That's what guilty pleasures are all about, and MTV's Tuesday pair is as addictive as it gets.

So, because we know at least 13 of you want to know ...

• On The Hills, Kristin and Jayde squared off again over Brody. You'll be surprised who he decided he wanted to work things out with. Also, Speidi was actually boring. Read more about "Can't Always Get What You Want" in our The Hills recap!

But by golly, The City star Whitney Port eventually grew a spine.

On the season finale of her reality show last night, Whitney kicked loser boyfriend Jay Lyon to the curb after he came around and begged for another shot. Too little, too late.

Last night on The City, Jay Lyon put Whitney Port "on lockdown." That means finally agreeing to call her his girlfriend. It was a watershed moment for Whitney and Justin-Bobby-like Jay.

Elsewhere, Erin and Duncan pondered their relationship, while Olivia looked pouty and mean.

Oh, hi there! Sorry. We just nodded off thinking about last night's episode of The City. No offense to Whitney Port & Co., but just being The Hills Lite isn't going to cut it long-term. Cute as you are, there's going to need to be some more drama in NYC ASAP. We clear?

MTV premiered a pair of reality shows last night, both centering around familiar faces from its cash cow, The Hills. First, Brody Jenner sought a new member of his posse on Bromance.

It was okay, we guess ... if you're into awkward guy moments and frat-style hazing. Later, Whitney Port left L.A. behind for New York and the fast-paced world of fashion in The City.
