On the day of Turk and Carla's wedding, Turk is delayed in surgery and the wedding ends up being canceled, but the reception goes on. Danni gets drunk and wreaks havoc. J.D. tries to convince Sean to take Elliot back.

Marco helps Turk write his own wedding vows; J.D. resigns himself to a relationship with Elliot despite not loving her; when Jordan insists she and Cox stop fighting, he antagonizes the Janitor. Moved by Turk's vows, J.D. admits to Elliot he doesn't love her.

J.D. attempts to comfort Cox after Ben's death, while Jordan's friends, Maddie (Embeth Davidtz) and Allison (Julie Warner), stay with her to comfort her.

Jordan's siblings, Danni (Tara Reid) and Ben (Brendan Fraser) come to visit for Jack's first birthday; Carla agrees to take Turk's last name only if he has his mole removed; Dr. Cox is angry to find out Ben has not been to a doctor for a followup since his remission.

Marco (Freddy Rodriguez), Carla's brother comes to visit and pisses of Turk; Dr. Cox and Kelso disagree on patient care and J.D. ends up taking Kelso's advice; J.D. is interested in Danni (Tara Reid) until he finds out she's Jordan's sister.

J.D. distracts the Janitor and Troy with a riddle; Dr. Cox and Dr. Steadman (Matt Winston) compete for the same residency director job; Carla works with Turk when she covers for someone.

Jordan and Dr. Cox worry over Jack's cough and take him the hospital's pediatrician, Dr. Norris (Christopher Meloni); The residents get their own interns.

Turk and Carla set a date for their wedding; J.D., nervous he's losing Turk, sets up a man date; Elliot gets back together with Sean; Carla obsesses over an unmarked urine container.
