Dr. Venture learns the secret of his recurring nightmares when his stomach tumor turns out to be his unborn brother popping out. Meanwhile, the boys run away from home.
The Monarch is on trial for a crime he may not have committed after breaking up with Dr. Girlfriend. The boys and Dr. Orpheus are forced to testify.
When Brock and Dr. Venture are kidnapped at the funeral of an old college friend, the boys enlist the help of their grandfather's original Team Venture from the sixties.
Dr. Venture attempts to raise some cash by selling his father's old scientific equipment at a yard sale that attracts super-villains.
The Monarch has the Venture family captured but must release them when Dean suffers from testicular tortion. Dr. Venture takes him to the Quizboy and Mr. White to have the problem corrected.
The Monarch sends Dr. Girlfriend undercover to seduce Dr. Venture to inject him with a poison; Brock learns his license to kill expired and must retake the exam
Dr. Venture, Pete White, and the Buizboy take part in a think tank sponsored by Professor Impossible. Dr. Venture puts himself in danger when he learns of Professor Impossible's girlfriend and family.
On a scientific expedition to the Bermuda Triangle, Doc's equipment awakens a ghost; the rest of the family is captured by fake pirates.
Dr. Venture's new invention traps his family and they must ask new neighbor, Dr. Orpheus to help.
Dr. Venture is offered a job by theme park owner, Roy Brisby. The brothers end up with the Organge County Liberation Front, a group devoted to taking down Mr. Brisby.
While Brock is away on his yearly "camping trip," Dr. Venture and boys try to hide in the panic room while the Monarch and Baron Underbheit's henchmen attack.
The Venture family heads to space to repair a space station that Dr. Venture's father build in the 1970s.
The family goes to Tijuana while Dr. Venture gives a lecture at a community college. There, the Monarch's goons trap the Venture Brothers and kill Brock while Dr. Venture loses his kidneys.
