Stan and Kyle rescue a man who has been trapped in the ice since 1996 and he attempts to readjust to society in 1999.
The boys are partnered with Tweek to write a current events papers and he suggests they write about "Underpants Gnomes." Meanwhile, Tweek's parents' coffee shop is being threatened by a big corporate shop.
Stan runs away to visit Cartman's relatives in Nebraska; Cartman and his Uncle break Charles Manson free from prison and discover the real meaning of X-Mas.
An evil version of each of the boys (and a good version of Cartman) come from a parallel universe.
Chef gets used for calling out Alanis Morisette for ripping off a song of his. The boys get help from Chef's famous musician friends to raise money. Mr. Garrison thinks Mr. Hat is trying to take Mr. Twig's life.
A couple wins a free trip to South Park off a game show; Kyle uses Cartman to win a bullriding competition; the town begins worshiping a false idol.
The boys make a clubhouse so they can get the girls to play "Truth or Dare;" Stan's parents get a divorce.
The town is brainwashed by the new curator of the planetarium; Cartman auditions to be in a Cheesy Poof commercial.
The boys' mothers force them to hang out with Kenny to try and catch chickenpox; Kyle's mother tries to rekindle an old friendship between her husband and Mr. McCormick.
A film festivel from Los Angeles comes to South Park and they mess with the small town's ecosystem putting Mr. Hankey in danger.
When the town bans fireworks, South Park must come up with an alternative for Fourth of July. Meanwhile, Garrison loses Mr. Hat to Brett Favre and Cartman tries to learn to swim.
In a clip show episode, Ms. Crabtree becomes a stand-up comic, while the kids are stuck on a bus hanging over a cliff reminiscing.
The boys try to get back at Jimbo and Ned for making up a story about Vietnam; a producer tries to revamp Jesus & Pals to improve its ratings.
With Pip on the team, the South Park dodgeball team makes it to the championships. Meanwhile, back in town, the citizens recognized "Conjoined Twin Myslexia Awareness Week" to try and make the school nurse feel accepted.
After Mr. Mackey gets in trouble for passing out marijuana during a lesson on drugs, he's fired and turns to the drugs himself. Meanwhile, when Ike is set to be circumcised, the boys try to rescue him and his penis' fate.
When a man raping chickens is on the loose we learn something much more devastating, Officer Barbrady is illiterate. While Cartman takes over patrolling the streets, the other boys try to teach the officer to read.
Just as Mephisto is about to reveal Cartman's dad's identity, he is gunned down. While the boys wait for him to recover, the town is hit with a blizzard and the townspeople are left with no food.
Terrance and Phillip head to Iran to rescue Terrance's imprisoned daughter, Sally. Meanwhile, a complex chain of events back in Canada lead to a hostile takeover and the boys must save both the girl and their country.
