Futurama is a science fiction cartoon created by Simpsons creator Matt Groening and David X. Cohen.  The show centers on a pizza delivery boy, Philip J. Fry,  whowas cryogenically frozen in 2000 only to awake in the year 3000.
Futurama aired from 1999 to 2003 on Fox.  The show was then brought back to life via four straight-to-DVD movies.  Now, thanks to great DVD sales, the show will be returning with new episodes on Comedy Central.
