Violet continues struggling to relate to her own baby, while Cooper experiences financial problems and Addison, Sam and Cooper treat a homeless man's child.
The father of Violet's baby is finally revealed, while Seattle Grace's Miranda Bailey pays a visit to Addison and Oceanside.
Violet is physically recovering from her violent attack at home, but the emotional trauma she suffers from isn't going away, despite her friends' best efforts.
